After improving her skills in the United Kingdom, Camille returned to her country, Trinidad and Tobago, to launch her own animation studio, Full Circle Animation. The entrepreneur told ConnectAmericas why she particularly highlights the need of setting up a good work team to achieve business success.
“One should not be afraid to innovate and make mistakes, unless the mistakes are costly. The sense of innovation within a company is very important”, Camille Selvon told ConnectAmericas during an interview conducted at the Outsource2LAC forum.
